    • Knowledge of ethical issues in the profession and education of psychiatry. 
    • Determine the factors that affect mental health on the social, biological, emotional, and economic levels. 
    • Determine the environmental factors that influence mental health. 
    • Provide the mentally ill patient with the necessary diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative measures. 
    • To arrive at a correct clinical diagnosis, gather comprehensive medical history, do a physical examination that is both acceptable and morally legitimate, and implement suitable evaluation processes. 
    • Carry out appropriate therapeutic and investigative measures for the mental patient. 
    • Suggest suitable lab and imaging tests and accurately interpret the findings. 
    • Using the ideas of reasoned medication therapy, develop and implement a thorough treatment plan for a mental patient. 
    • Arrange for the chronically unwell psychiatric patient's rehabilitation. 
    • Clinically and effectively handle typical psychiatric emergencies. 
    • Show compassion and understanding for patients and their family, and be mindful of their feelings. 
    • Exhibit excellent communication skills when describing treatment and prognosis, offering counselling, and educating patients, families, and communities about health issues. 
    • Acquire the necessary abilities to practise evidence-based psychiatry.
